What is a pre-order and how do they work? I’ve pre-ordered, so when do I receive my goods?

A pre-order is the purchase of merchandise that you will receive at a later date.

Please refer to HERE. THIS SHOULD EXPLAIN THE WHOLE PRE-ORDER PROCESS.

A confirmation email will be sent out by Paypal when the item is shipped out.

Why is your store closed/down for maintenance?

That usually means we just had a sale or are currently preparing to open up the store again. Roughly, we’ll open for pre-orders every other month, or try to do it that way anyways. Just keep posted via our twitter, tumblr, or Facebook.

Do you ship outside the states?

We ship worldwide!

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping for U.S. will be $7.

International shipping will be $18.

For orders of 2+ items, an extra $3 charge will be added on for each extra item purchased.

How can we give you a payment?

Be Fresh ‘til Infinity accepts and prefers payment via Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, however, we also accept Credit and Debit cards. However, we do not accept concealed cash or checks.

What if we live in Hawaii? Do we still need to pay for shipping? Can’t we meet up with you?

Unfortunately yes, you still need to pay for shipping. Since I’m a full-time college student, time management wise, it’s easier for me to ship everything out via USPS (United States Postal Service).

I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?

If it’s while pre-order’s are still going on, shoot me an email at stayinfinite@hotmail.com before the pre-order period ends. I can’t change anything once I send the order to the print shop.

I messed up on my order, and I only noticed after pre-orders have ended. Can I change it?

ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE. We encourage you to double, triple, even quadruple check your orders before you press that checkout button.
